What to Expect on the Day of RF Microneedling Treatment

RF Microneedling Recovery

The skin is typically red and perhaps slightly swollen for 1-3 days after the treatment; the redness is usually mild and looks like a sunburn. There is little or no discomfort after the procedure, and most patients can return to regular activity on the day after the treatment. Given that the procedure involves the creation of small microchannels in the skin, we recommend avoiding any makeup for at least 3 days after the treatment session.
