Our practice has achieved the TOP 100 out of over 40,000+ providers status with Allergan (makers of Botox & Juvederm). The types of facial injectables offered at this practice are the highest safety ratings and very low to non-existent complication rates. The following is pricing for our injectables:
BOTOX® Cosmetic | STARTING @ $11 per unit
Enjoy the most common cosmetic procedure in the United States by a TOP 100 (out of 40,000+ providers). Our competition charge $15-$20 per unit!
- Dr. Lee is $13 per unit (min. $600 treatment) *sees patients in our Bryn Mawr location only
- Dr. Castelli is $12 per unit (min. $300 treatment) *sees patients in our King of Prussia location
- Nurse providers are $12 per unit (min. $300 treatment) *sees patients in our Bryn Mawr location
Dysport | STARTING @ $4.80 per unit
Similar to Botox, but with a higher dispersion and quicker onset. Dysport is NOT less expensive. The unit dosage is different for Botox. Dysport: 2.5 units of Dysport = 1 unit of Botox. This is the equivalent dosage of the active ingredient that makes both products effective, therefore the total cost to our patients are the same.
Juvederm | $700 per syringe
A soft and long lasting filler product that creates overall volume. Best used to provide volume to lips, nasolabials folds(parenthesis around nose area) and marionnette or jowls; FDA approved to last up to 9-12 months.
- $700 per syringe with Dr. Castelli ~ add’l discounts offered for multiple syringes performed in one visit
- Dr. Lee’s filler price is $1100 per syringe
*if splitting a syringe to another area using one syringe, there is an add’l $200 charge per area
Restylane | starting @ $700 per syringe
Restylane family of fillers are available for various areas; FDA approval is 4-6 months longevity.

- Dr. Lee’s pricing is $1100 per syringe
Juvederm Voluma | $800 per syringe
Juvederm Voluma is considered the “Premium HA Filler” and is also most popular filler in the world; a harder product that is best for sculpting and building cheeks, chin, temples and jawline, it’s become the go to filler for our practice. This product mimics the hardness of bone and is widely used in the cheek area. Injecting into the cheek provides an overall “uplifted” look by replacing cheek volume loss. Dr. Lee recommends a minimum 2 syringes (1 syringe for each cheek) for new patients to achieve a noticeable “lift” result for the cheeks.
- Pricing for all providers (excluding Dr. Lee) is $800 per syringe – national average price for this premium HA filler is $950!
- Dr. Lee’s pricing is $1100 per syringe
Split syringe charge of $200 will be charged for each add’l area injecting using the same syringe.
