Orders under $150 will be charged a flat fee of $9.00 and shipped via USPS Priority Mail (usually 2-3 business days). Orders over $150 will receive free USPS Priority Mail.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the order is placed providing all items are in stock. Shipping Monday through Saturday, 10 am - 5 pm. Excluding Sundays and holidays.

Lux Skin Lasers Return Policy:
We only accept returns for unopened merchandise. Lux Skin Lasers can offer a refund or store credit on products returned to us within 10 business days from the delivery date provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization before shipping your return back to our King of Prussia address. Please include the Return Authorization in your package.

Out of Stock Items:
Lux Skin Laser does their best to manage online and retail inventory. Occasionally a product may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer or our distributor or out of stock at the spa. We will notify you within 24-48 hours if you have ordered an item that is out of stock.
We do our best to include samples with every order! Any samples we include with your order are complimentary with your purchase and are subject to availability. We make no guarantee that you will receive a specific type or quantity of samples with your order. Please note that Biologique Recherche does not sample their serums. If you would like to try a serum we recommend purchasing the small trial size.
Orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would prefer to have this waived.
Note: Please ensure to check the tracking estimated delivery times to ensure someone is able to receive your package. If no one will be available on the day your package is expected to arrive, you may be able to place a hold on the package and pick it up in person at your local USPS Office. Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping costs for returned packages.
If your tracking has indicated that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local USPS. Provide them with your tracking number to initiate the package investigation/claims process. This cannot be initiated for a missing package until 7 days from the ship date. Please note: we cannot re-ship or refund your order until the Post Office provides documentation stating they cannot locate the package and it is lost. This process will typically take about 15 days.
Lux Skin Lasers works hard to ensure your order is timely and accurate. If you have received a package that you believe is missing an item, please contact our store within 2 business days upon receipt of the package. email@example.com.
Currently we offer free USPS Priority Mail (usually 2-3 day) shipping on all orders over $150. Please ensure you provide a valid USPS mailing address, shipments returned to us for non-deliverable addresses, non-acceptance, or failure to provide signature will be refunded upon receipt (minus our shipping costs). Damaged, Defective or Leaking Productsamples
We ship all of our products in brand new and unused condition from the manufacturer. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within two days of the receipt of your package if you have received a damaged or defective product. To initiate a claim we will need a detailed description and pictures of your damaged/defective item.
Leaking P50: It is normal for a small amount of P50 to be inside the cap area after shipment. This is how we receive the product from Biologique Recherche and is a result of the packaging process. If you wish to exchange a leaking product, the foil seal on the cap MUST remain unbroken and intact, we will not accept products that have had the seals broken or removed.
